Promiscuous Parties South Florida reserves the right to refuse any request for an invitation to a swinger party, without cause or explanation. All information including name, address, email, pictures, etc., are kept strictly confidential. Promiscuous Parties South Florida reserves the right to ask guest or member to leave if they become obnoxious, unruly or engage in any illegal acts.
No illegal drugs are permitted on the premises. Any photography, video or audio recording on any of the private party premises is not permitted to be reproduced, or shown online or on television without written permission. No weapons of any kind are allowed on the private party premises. All bags brought onto the private party premises are subject to search. If you are asked to leave at any event, you will be banned from all future events.
All guests and members must be at least 21 years of age. I (We) agree to indemnify and hold harmless Promiscuous Parties South Florida for any and all cause of action for any incident that may occur at any Promiscuous Parties South Florida party or event.
